Joy & Scott Are Wed!

The name fits the bride!  This lady is such a “joy” to be around!  I don’t think I know another human being who’s personality is a sweet, kind and gracious as Joy’s personality.  Upon meeting her, you instantly love her.

I first met Joy, when she contacted Melissa and I to photograph her wedding.  But I got to know her when she sent me an email that she was interested in working for me, as an assistant, editor or pretty much what ever I needed.  And get this . . . she was willing to work for free!!!  She had already taken several photography classes at MSJC and had obtained her photographer’s certification through the college.  (And she was willing to work for free???)  Joy is so passionate about photography that she just wanted to get hands on experience and didn’t care about compensation.  As tempting as that was, I couldn’t take advantage of her generousity and I hired her with pay.  By doing so, I not only got an amazing editor but a valued friendship, as well. 

Then she introduced us to her fiance, Scott and his daughter, Malia.  Not only is Scott incredibly handsome but he is the such a great guy.  It is so obvious the love and respect that they have for each other.  They are so much fun to be around.  Malia is not only adorable and sweet but oh so percocious.  Together they make an amazing family!

Their wedding day was perfect.  Joy had planned everything so beautifully right down to the last detail.  The day went off without a hitch.  Joy looked so beautifully elegant that day and I don’t believe a groom ever looked better in a tux than Scott.  Melissa and I  were so honored to photograph this wedding.  When you take a look at their slideshow and their images, we are sure you will agree.

Kristyn & Stephen

Kristyn & Stephen Got Hitched!

I have known Kristyn since she was 5 years old.  Her mother, Martha, is one of my very bestest and closest friends.  I have watched this precious and precocious child grow into the beautiful and wise young woman, that she is today.  I was so excited when her mom asked me to photograph her wedding.  She told me all about this wonderful man that her baby girl, had met and fell in love with, named Stephen.  She was so pleased that her daughter had met the man of her dreams and that they were planning their lives together.  When I met Stephen, I understood why she approved and loved him so much.  Stephen is a great and very loveable guy!  Always smiling, always laughing . . . (sometimes too much, when I was going for a more serious, romantic feel between the two of them!)

They chose to marry in beautiful San Diego, California.  The day was perfect.  The sun was out but the temperature was pleasantly cool.  They couldn’t have asked for a lovelier day to pledge their love and start their new lives together.

Karen & Ben's Wedding Day

             Karen & Ben Pledge Their Love

Love these two people!  From or first meeting to their engagement session to their wedding day, I just felt a bond and a kind of kinship with them.  They are so sweet and so right for each other!

Karen & Ben were married at the beautiful Pala Mesa Resort, in Fallbrook, Caliofrnia.  It was the perfect setting for Karen’s dream wedding and all of her creativeness.  She brought in loads of antiques and precious, personal touches to decorate the venue to reflect them.  I loved it all!

Karen & Ben had an amazing wedding day, filled with loud laughter, big smiles and a ton of fun with family and friends.  Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Brill - enjoy the slideshow!

Iliana & James

Iliana  & James: Joined in Marriage

I absolutely loved being a part of Iliana & James’s wedding day.  They are just the sweetest couple!  Between getting to know them at their initial consult meeting, at the house/studio, their engagement session and then, of course, their wedding, I have come to adore these two people!  Iliana was absolutely breath-taking and believe me, when James saw her walking down the aisle . . . she took his breath away!!!

Hilda & Christopher

Hilda & Christopher are Husband & Wife!

This amazing couple chose the ever beautiful Villa de Amore for their ceremony and reception venue and everything about the day was truly beautiful!  From the dress to the flowers; from the ceremony site to the table settings, every last detail was simply

gorgeous!  We had a blast photographing their big day.  Both Hilda & Christopher had such charming families and amazing friends.  So much love was felt by all.  Hilda looked absolutely radiant in her wedding gown and Christopher looked so handsome and thrilled to be making Hilda his wife. 

Congratulations to the both of you and thank you so much for the honor of allowing Captured Moments Photography to capture the day that you will remember for the rest of your lives!

Ashley & Matthew Wedding

Ashley & Matthew Became One!

Ashley looked incredible - wow!  And as Matthew saw her for the first time, I think he agreed.  His eyes totally lit up, when he saw Ashley start down the aisle, toward him, on the arm of her dad.  What a beautiful day it was, for a wedding, at Villa de Amore, in Temecula, California.  The scenery, the timeline, the portraits, and the light - it was all beautiful and perfect.

Adriana & Jason Wedding

Adriana & Jason Wed

There are many wonderful things that I could say about this extraordinary couple.  From the first moment we met, at my home/studio, to their engagement session in beautiful San Juan Capistrano, to their gorgeous wedding at the Trilogy Golf Club in Corona, CA, the love they have for each other is so evident.  The way Adriana looks at Jason, just makes my heart melt!  They also have this amazing little girl together, Samantha, who is the sweetest, prettiest little thing and she loves to smile for the camera! (My favorite kind of person!)

I am so happy that Adriana & Jason found each other and fell in love.  I am also truly happy that they Captured Moments Photography  be a part of this special time in their lives.  Now you can view a slideshow of some of my favorite images from the fabulous wedding day.  Enjoy!
