Colleen & Todd's Wedding Day

As wedding photographers, each wedding is filled with all kinds of surprises!  When we arrive at a wedding, we are prepared for whatever awaits us… whether it is a calm, smiling bride or a nervous, anxious bride…. regardless, it is an emotional experience for everyone we will be photographing.  It is always a beautiful display of love, of gratitude, and celebration of life!  

Colleen was the bride everyone wants to be.  She was so calm and soaked in every moment.  One of our favorite moments was when they saw each other.  Her fiance, Todd's reaction was so genuine and loving.  

We met Colleen & Todd through Todd's brother, Tim.  We photographed Tim & Mandi's engagements & wedding in 2010.  

Colleen & Todd's  wedding was so beautiful, they had planned it out perfectly.  It was held at the Hyatt Hotel in Newport Beach.  

We are so thankful to have celebrated with Colleen and Todd and their families & friends!  We hope that they continue to soak up the sweet moments that every day brings to them!

Merissa + James: Married!

When we first met Merissa & James, we asked them how they met.  James then began to tell us the sweetest story that brought tears to our eyes.  James is from Australia, and Merissa lived here in Temecula.  James told us that there love story began in Las Vegas, where he had the opportunity to share an elevator with the most beautiful girl.  You know how its always awkward to share an elevator with complete strangers?  Well not for this couple, they struck up a conversation and had instant chemistry. As time went on, they fell in love,  and Merissa moved to Australia to be with James.  James told us their love story seems so surreal, just like a fairy tale.  

And their wedding day was, just like a fairy tale.  The weather was beautiful, the sun was shinning, and they both radiated with love for one another.  The way that Merissa looked at James and how he looked back at her made our hearts melt.  We are sure you will agree with us as you look at their images we put into their slideshow. 

Merissa & James, your love inspires us to continue our belief in forever.

Angela & Reed's Wedding Day

We photographed Angela & Reed's engagements almost a whole year ago (you can see their engagement blog post here) and we couldn't wait until their wedding day!  They are such a gorgeous couple, who wouldn't be excited?!  

Their wedding was held on such a beautiful day.  While we were finishing up photographing their newlywed pictures, the perfect sunset started to form.  It was like it was painted just for them!  

There were so many sweet moments between Angela & Reed throughout the day and we are very glad we were there to capture everything for this happy couple!

Nicole & Josh's Fairytale Wedding

The first time we met Nicole and Josh was when we met at Balboa Park, to photograph their engagement pictures.  We had so much fun getting to know them both, that day, while taking some really sweet pictures, to document their engagement.  I knew right then that we were really going to enjoy this new relationship that was forming between them and us.  They were so pleased with the outcome of that session, that Nicole soon called me and wanted to give Josh a really special wedding gift and asked me to shoot her boudoir session and to design a boudoir album, just for Josh.  To me it is such an incredible vote of trust, when a woman feels safe with me and asks me photograph her in such an intimate setting.  Well, lucky for me, Josh loved his wedding gift!  

Then came their wedding day!  Nicole looked like a genuine princess - horse carriage and all!  Josh has never looked more handsome than he did that day - her very own prince charming!  Their love for each other is so evident!  The way they look at each other . . . well, I can't tell you how many times we all teared up that day!  Everything was so beautiful.  From the beginning of their time getting ready for the big day to the end of their awesome reception, everything was simply perfect.

Jennifer & Brian Exchanged Vows

This was the first time we have shot a wedding at Mt. Palomar Winery.  So not only were we excited when Jennifer & Brian asked us to photograph their wedding because they were such a sweet & lovely couple, but how exciting to photograph at the beautiful Mt. Palomar Winery!   

Their ceremony was beautiful & intimate, and their reception... breathtaking.  This couple & their family & friends know how to rock!  After dinner concluded, the dance music started and in a matter of seconds the dance floor was filled & the party was on.  So much fun!

Abbra & Tim Got Married!

We have known this couple since they first began which was about 4 years ago, and we have known Tim for about 8 years.   He has been our son-in-law's best friend since high school.  We knew from the beginning Abbra was the one for Tim.  We were so happy when Tim proposed & Abbra said, "yes".   We were even happier when they asked me & Doug to photograph their wedding!  

What a vision Abbra was on their wedding day- very "Grace Kelly- esque"!  Their wedding was filled with a combination of laughter & tears.  What an honor it was to witness the bonding of these two hearts & a thrill to document the day for them through our images.  

Abbra, you are beautiful!  Something that Tim clearly already knew.  Tim, you are a present-day prince charming, something that Abbra was completely aware of.  Now... everyone who visits our blog will know too!  Oh! By the way, the gorgeous auburn-haired bridesmaid is our daughter, Ashley, and the handsome groomsman at her side is our son-in-law, Andrew.

Amanda & Clay's Engagements

Amanda & Clay are engaged to be married on May 27, 2012.  

We fell in love with this adorable & fun-loving couple within minutes after meeting them.  Amanda has a million dollar smile, and its Clay that puts that smile on her face!  We had such a great time getting to know this sweet couple & we are looking forward to all the fun we are going to have photographing their wedding day.

Jessica & Justin's Wedding Day

Jessica & Justin held their wedding at the beautiful Villa de Amore in the Temecula wineries.  Jessica looked beautiful and was beaming with so much happiness all day, and Justin was so handsome in his Navy uniform.  Justin's son, Jakob, what a cutie-pie!  He wanted to look just like his daddy, and did he ever! 

Their wedding was absolutely gorgeous & sweet & fun!

Amberlyn & Nathan's Wedding Day

 We had such a fun time photographing Amberlyn & Nathan's engagement pictures, and we couldn't wait for their wedding day!  They were married at South Coast Winery Resort in Temecula.  This particular weekend was so hot, but the heat did not interfere with them having a beautiful wedding & letting everyone have a good time!  Amberlyn & Nathan have been looking forward to their wedding day for quite some time.  Watching their exchange of looks as Amberlyn walked down the aisle was very moving. We can only imagine how many times the thought of that moment came to their minds prior to that day. It was beautiful, and one of our favorite parts of the day. 

Amberlyn & Nathan thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day.  Congratulations and we hope you have even more happy years together than you already have!!!

Melissa & Eugene's Wedding Day

It was a beautiful warm day that started off at the Mission Inn in Riverside, California, where the bride, groom and the wedding party got ready for Melissa & Eugene’s wedding. Melissa looked exquisite and Eugene was so handsome! After some pre-ceremony pictures we headed for St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, where they exchanged their vows. After family pictures at the church it was off to Eagle Glen Golf Club for a wonderful reception with good food, warm people and of course . . . more pictures! Melissa & Eugene are such a sweet and relaxed couple. It was truly a joy to spend the day with them and all their family and friends.
